VIA and D-Link Reach Settlement

1. D-Link Corporation and VIA Technologies, Inc. have reached a settlement on the lawsuit filed by D-Link Corporation against VIA Technologies, Inc. alleging a breach of duty (Case number: Taiwan Taipei District Court, 92 Yi-Tzu 2456). D-Link Corporation will withdraw the criminal complaint against VIA Technologies, Inc. and the responsible persons of the company, as well as the complaint in the supplemental civil action.

2. The two companies will continue to cooperate in the area of business and technology in the future.
