Exploring Eco-Friendly, Hassle Free, Cloud Computing

'Zonbu Nation' is a series of videos and blog articles that explore the relative benefits of the 'Zonbu', a subscription service based PC that takes the hassle out of everyday computing. The ultra power-efficient VIA Eden-based Zonbu uses a customized Linux based operating system to deliver a user experience that promises to take the pain out of system maintenance.

Zonbu Nation puts the Zonbu PC under the microscope. We enlisted the help of two volunteers, or Zonbutants: a web application developer who has a strong interest in Linux based systems and a regular web surfer who finds system maintenance a chore. Both were given a Zonbu to use. Through a series of videos and blogs Zonbu Nation will present the everyday experiences of our two Zonbutants and their respective opinions on cloud computing, green issues, Open-Source software and all things Zonbu.
