The EPIA™ EX15000G Mini-ITX Starter Kit consists of a multimedia rich mini-ITX mainboard, driven by the latest VIA C7® CPU and VIA CX700M2 integrated chipset, with rich video graphics, HD audio, and DDR2 and SATA II support. The Starter Kit also provides the VIA Software Utility Pack for in-depth evaluation of platform capabilities, and facilitates quick application development and feature demonstration.  It includes several security applications that enable VIA PadLock™ features, plus the tools needed by developers to enable hardware video decoding acceleration features in their applications.
