VIA Announces December Sales Results
Taipei, Taiwan, 2nd January 2003 - VIA Technologies,
Inc., a leading innovator and developer of silicon chip
technologies and PC platform solutions, today announced
net sales for December 2002 of NT$1.86 billion (US$53.42
million approximately).
On a sequential basis, this monthly sales revenue represents
a 20.17% decrease over November's figure of NT$2.33
billion (US$ 66.92 million approximately). However,
the fourth quarter revenue of NT$6.72 billion (approx.
US$193.19 million) represents a growth of 12% over the
third quarter revenue of NT$6.0 billion (approx. US$172.78
million).
