VIA Announces September Sales Results

Taipei, Taiwan, 3^rd October 200 5 - VIA Technologies, Inc., a leading innovator and developer of silicon chip technologies and PC platform solutions, today announced net sales for September 2005 of NT$1.96 billion (US$59.04million approximately).

On a sequential basis, this monthly sales revenue represents a 24.38% increase over August's figure of NT$1.57 billion (US$47.47million approximately).
