VIA Announces December Sales Results

Taipei, Taiwan, 2nd January 2007 - VIA Technologies, Inc., a leading innovator and developer of silicon chip technologies and PC platform solutions, today announced net sales for December 2006 of NT$1.11billion (US$34.03 million approximately).

This sales revenue represents a 3.02% month-on-month decrease over revenues of NT$1.14 billion (US$35.09 million) in November 2006.
