VIA Announces August Sales Results

Taipei, Taiwan, 2nd September 2009 - VIA Technologies, Inc., a leading innovator of power efficient x86 processor platforms, today announced net sales for August 2009 of NT$365.11 million (US$11.09 million approximately).

This sales revenue represents a 11.38% month-on-month decrease over revenues of NT$412.01 million (US$12.52 million) in July 2009.
